We appreciate all monetary donations. This support helps us develop programs, provide educational opportunities, preserve important history, and continue with our archival program.

For perspective, it takes roughly 8-10 staff hours to intake, process, catalogue and store an item that has been donated. Archival supply needs vary dependent upon the type of item. Many of our Archival Grade boxes range from $30-$100 and Archival tissue paper is 30 cents a sheet. We need ongoing financial support to ensure all items receive the proper care and storage that they deserve and require. Thank you to all our community members that have supported us over the years. Methods of Payment accepted: Cash, Cheque payable to Kawartha Lakes Museum & Archives. For credit or debit card payments you may pay online, in person at the front desk, or please call the office 705.324.3404

All large donations with naming opportunities made to Kawartha Lakes Museum & Archives are subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Names and logos of all Sponsors will be prominently displayed on our website. $5,000+ Sponsors’ logos will also be displayed on signage inside the museum. Please ask for details.
